This policy describes how DeFiSolution SRL processes the personal data of users who visit the website and use the contact forms, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and applicable Italian law.

The data controller is DeFiSolution SRL, based in Codroipo (UD), Italy. For any request regarding your data you can write to info@defisolution.it.
2. Data we collect
Data you provide: when you fill in the “Contact”, “Become a Partner” or “Careers” forms we collect the data you enter, e.g. name, email, phone, company, role, website and the message content.
Navigation data: the systems running the website acquire, during normal operation, some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet protocols (e.g. IP address, browser type, request times), used only for anonymous statistics and security.

3. Purposes and legal basis
- Respond to requests sent via the forms and provide the requested services (legal basis: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest in replying).
- Manage job applications and partnership proposals (pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject).
- Ensure the security and correct operation of the website (legitimate interest).
- Any informational communications/newsletter only with your consent, revocable at any time.
4. Processing methods
Data is processed with electronic tools, adopting technical and organisational security measures appropriate to prevent unauthorised access, loss or destruction of data.
5. Data retention
Data collected via the forms is kept for the time needed to handle your request and, thereafter, for the period required by legal obligations or to protect our rights. Application data is kept for a maximum of 24 months unless otherwise indicated.
6. Data sharing
Data may be processed by authorised staff and by providers delivering technical services on our behalf (e.g. hosting, email), appointed as data processors. Data is not disseminated or sold to third parties for their own commercial purposes.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, request its rectification, erasure, restriction or object to processing, as well as portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can exercise these rights by writing to info@defisolution.it.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
